What: Flash freeze on roads. Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph.
Squall now: At 11:16 at night, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from near Morses Line to Chazy Landing to Canton Village, moving east at 45 mph.
Where: Clinton County (New York), Central Franklin County (New York), East central St. Lawrence County (New York), Northern Lamoille County (Vermont), Northwestern Orleans County (Vermont), Grand Isle County (Vermont), Northwestern Chittenden County (Vermont), Franklin County (Vermont).
