Where: Portions of southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
When: Until 1 in the afternoon Sunday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
Additional details: Strong winds Saturday night into Sunday will result in blowing and drifting snow...reducing visibility at times.
